As the family of the late Rep. Ivan James Alafanso Blanco lays him to rest today, the Governor's Council of Economic Advisers (GCEA) extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Rep. Blanco.
Through Rep. Blanco's time with GCEA's Public-Private Partnership (PPP) program, he has truly made an impact throughout our community. His commitment to making a difference in the lives of his constituents was shown throughout his time in office and out on the field, where he and the CNMI House Minority spent hundreds of hours revitalizing basketball courts and community facilities. Their efforts will be enjoyed by village residents for years to come.
